Top Planners,
We Do Care of SDGs.

To implement eco-friendly events, Top Planners will minimize waste and promote recycling through efficient management of resources used at the event while utilizing eco-friendly certified facilities.

In line with the rapidly changing times, online pre-meeting will reduce unnecessary resource consumption and leverage digital productions and platforms to enhance communication among participants and minimize environmental footprint.

Top Planners will form a team of diverse backgrounds and capacities to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization, support or lead community projects that contribute to the community of the venue, and work with local companies to implement programs that promote sustainable regional development.

We will build trust by emphasizing our commitment to transparent communication with stakeholders and will regularly share updates and results on our ESG activities. Furthermore, a key element of our strategy involves providing comprehensive training to our employees on the significance of ESG. This will empower them to propagate sustainability within our enterprise, aligning our values with the goals of SDGs.
