5 minute stretching time to relieve fatigue once a day

Welfare according to the working year for TOP TEAM

Laptop Replacement Payment or Cash Refund
Support for work from home once a week or WeWork three days a week

In order to recognize the importance of working close to home and create an environment where people can focus more on their work, Top Team can choose to replace them with new laptops or receive cash (KRW 700,000) for one-year employees, and supports telecommuting once a week or WeWork three days a week through prior application.

Support for taking English classes or health care expenses

Considering that there are many global projects, we provide tuition fees for English academies or personal health care expenses for employees with two years of service if they are already judged to be excellent in English (limited to KRW 150,000 per month).

One month of language training and staying abroad

We provide 1 month living abroad for 3 years of service for Top Team. We provide language training support with 1 month of paid leave, regardless of domestic or foreign cities (limited to KRW 5 million).

*Other general welfare matters + implementation of the voluntary attendance system, support for communication expenses, support for lunch meals, and support for incentives for certificates, etc.
